Chicken manure is a great fertiliser.

The Chicken Waste Service collects manure from Co-Coops to be forwarded to local food growing projects.

We co-ordinate this service, run by Co-Coops members and gardeners alike. Anyone joining this service for their waste to be collected, also becomes a waste collector, working on a rota-basis.

It gives users of the service the opportunity to give back to their community, while meeting new people and expanding their chicken network.
